Biceps-Curl Wrist Position

Explains setup, regressions, and safety considerations for Biceps-Curl Wrist Position.

Coaching videos

True or False: Your wrists should be in-line with your arm when you do a Biceps Curl. FALSE! You’d think it’d be true… but a flat wrist position is going to make your forearms contribute more to the curl than they should - and if you do this unintentionally, you can easily start developing inner elbow tendon issues (Golfer’s Elbow). Think “knuckles down” when you curl to keep your wrists neutral and keep the action in the biceps! What a difference it makes… try it! Now, do it!! Coach Austin 🤘
