Alternating Reverse Fly We want to use this movement to really challenge the rear delts. There is a lot of other heavier movements and better angles to target the rhomboids/lower traps. If members move too fast/too heavy, they dominate the movement with the rhomboids. That’s why they bend the elbow or can’t control the descent because the weight is too great for the rear delt. We can also pronate the hand or aim the pinky towards the ceiling to feel it in the rear delt more as well. Also, cue t
