Bear Plank Hold Same core muscles as the high plank, but a shorter lever. This shorter lever gives us the chance to really focus on the upper body and working protraction. Universally with planks members can choose how much energy they exert. There is low threshold strategies where members are using as little muscle force then they absolute need. Just the opposite would be a high threshold strategy where members feel like they are going to pass out if they hold that force for more than a minute. They can make it as easy or tough as they want.
