1 of 2Bench Goblet Sit to Stand Sit to stands are done to remove the stretch reflex and make it more challenging to engage muscles from a disadvantageous position. There are two distinct ways that this is done. A knee dominant squat descent or a hip dominant squat. The hip dominant squat is a more of a Westside Barbell type box squat. This version requires a more vertical shin, driving the knees out, sitting the hips back engaging more hamstrings. It is more challenging on the adductors and core but
