Elbows “in front” as you do biceps curls will definitely make the start of the movement tough! But the problem is, it makes it easy to chat and lose tension at the top!
This is the easier setup that you will see tomorrow for hamstring curls; Face up on the straps. Just make sure you put slight and even pressure when you slide it on your heels or else the equalizer loop will shift the foot loops around.
