Dumbbell pullover on the bosu. Start off in a great position with the head and shoulders supported. Neck in a relaxed/neutral position. Strong bridge, raising the hips. Long arm; lats the primary mover. You will get some triceps regardless due to the nature of the movement, but not a triceps extension so no bending elbows. Make sure we keep the abs engaged. Coaches keep an eye on that rib cage not rising to maximize true ROM of the lats vs superficially changing the angles.
