Front squat: The load in the front squat requires a more upright torso positon requiring a bit more quad activation and challenges the core a bit more with the load further from the hips. It stabilizes the load a bit to connect the dumbbells but more challinging core wise to leave them independent. The mini-bands activates glutes a bit more driving the knees out. Bench is just a depth gauge/target. Weight is not entirely in heels but spread evenly in the foot. Most will put too much weight forward in the foot, so we over cue heels.

Two faults to look for in the clean or squat clean (OTF named clean to front squat). Really wish I grabbed a body to demonstrate the visual/kinesthetic cue. Don’t hesitate to ask questions if you have no clue what I’m talking about.
