Hip bridges: Great exercise but people usually underestimate what they can do so lets take advantage and coach them up. Make sure they get feet in a good position to not let the hamstrings dominate the movement. More importantly, safety wise, make sure they dont over extend the position and feel pressure in the lower back. This is dumbbell delivery day coaches!
