Low Bench Chest Fly We are looking for functional strength, not bodybuilding. We want wingspan at the bottom of the chest fly. If the weight is causing pressure in the elbow we can use a soft bend. What ever we establish as the angle, should be maintained throughout the movement and not change. We don’t want to change the chest fly for a wide grip chest press which we see often.
