High Plank Alternating Hip Tap We are trying to keep the hips steady with shoulder stacked over the hands. If they start with a base too narrow, the hips will sway side to side. Members also often rush the hip tap. Have them move slow, keeping abs tight to control the hips. While knees is an option, for many elevating the hands to a bend may be a better option.
