Bridge Hold with Pullover The core engagement will help stabilize the spine as we use our chest, lats, and triceps to extend the dumbbell long overhead. Set up order still applies. Set bridge to establish feet distance. Feet too close uses too much quads, feet too far too much hamstrings. Also want to ensure to not over extend the bridge putting pressure in the lumbar spine. Once bridge position is set, then set up dumbbell on abdomen to establish a good hand position. Reestablish bridge and keep arms long reaching above head.
