Push Up the Alternating Superhero One push up, 5then both sides of the superhero. Slight angles are going to be big changes in this movement. Make sure members start off with a wide base with the feet. Angles are going to be even more particular when it comes to the upperbody. As I was videoing, even the slightest shift forward of my hand made the balance so much more challenging to control slow. Make sure members hands are directly under their shoulder and they move slow and controlled on the superhero balance vs rushing. Even if the push up is done one the knees, they will get a lot out of just lifting hand and opposite leg vs long reaches.
