Every high level rower rower I’ve wokred with says 11 and 1 o’clock… but a ton of material says 10 and 2 o’clock. Whats the deal on the rower?
6-8th stroke, rowed you ass right off the rower seat and now you are stuck between the rails. Feet buckled down and handle in hand… no one can save you but coach.
