⚠️ If you want MORE meters for FREE when rowing, you gotta stop pulling each stroke.
If you want to level up your rowing power, you’ve gotta master the front end body position with the rowing stroke!
The idea here is to manage having a larger midsection while still being able to achieve the same LEAN at the front of each stroke that you would get if you didn’t have a large midsection.
If you have a large midsection (pregnant or otherwise), you won’t row optimally if you try to row with traditional rowing form!
The BIGGEST Rowing Complaint (besides “it sucks”) is not being able to keep your “heels down” when you row!
