Low Side Plank Pendulum with Kickstand The hip only extends 10-20° before we get compensation through the lumbar spine. Make sure members don’t bring the leg too far back an they stay as steady as possible through the torso.

Low Side Plank Pendulum The hip only extends 10-20° so the pendulum is a small range of motion. Ideal we want the torso perpendicular to the ground and as steady as possible. Members can use the top hand for support but a bolster will help keep the torso upright. We can also use a kickstand position for many as well.
