Alternating Single Arm Snatch There are a lot of technical pieces to this movement, but the best thing we can do as coaches is to simplify it; jump and punch. We want to be clear that this is a hip power movement, not an arm movement. Jump the weight up and punch at the top. Arms do little to no work. We want the dumbbell to move in as straight of a line possible. Most important is to drop the hips low before jumping the weight up!
