Seated Biceps Curl to Stand In isolated biceps work, we are very focused on staying disciplined on the elbow position. With the elbow at or slightly behind the ribs, it keeps tension on the biceps. We allow the elbow to move forward as we transition into this movement as we combine the seated curl with a stand.

Single Arm Step Out Squat Moving an outside asymmetrical load to the center for a symmetrical squa and then back out. A lighter, smaller dumbbell is easy to maneuver. When it comes to a larger heavier dumbbell, it helps to not move it all the way to the outside of the hip. Palm facing will be enough to still move the weight to an asymmetrical position in the stat but reduce the compensations of torso to accommodate a large heavy dumbbell.
