BOSU Bridge Hold with Cross Body Triceps Extension (Feet On) Great combination movement. The bridge hold engages core and posterior chain, while upper body isolates a triceps extension. Members are most likely going to have a hard time only hinging from the elbow into the cross body position and not moving the upper arm. It will help to cue to keep the elbow over the shoulder as you bring your thumb to the opposite armpit.
