Y-Bell Standing Rainbow We often see this movement at the rowers. We want to reach the arms long over head. Make sure the bell is moving directly over the head. It is sometimes shifted forward due to loss of core tension and/or tight shoulders. Last, stabilize the core and ensure the body is not shifting side to side as the Y Bell moves up and over.
