Front Rack Split Squat (AQAP: As Quick As Possible) We want to keep majority of weight in the front leg and be light in the back toe. The front rack position is going to keep the torso more upright. If we use the option of holding the dumbbells to the side, remind members to keep a more up right posture. This goes the same for bodyweight positions. As we move as quick as possible, make sure members don’t sacrifice range of motion for speed.
