Coaching videos

Squat Jump with Elbows Wide It’s always important that we have a “why”? The elbows wide, aka prisoner squat position, lifts the chest and keeps the back upright and slightly extended. We want members to shoot for height in their jumps and be as explosive as possible. Important that we coach a quiet landing as well, teaching them how to muscularly absorb force. If they are not jumpers, we still want them as explosive as possible but keeping their toes on the ground.
